The most individualized approach to training. Every human is different, especially our bodies, so the way we approach taking care of them is crucial. With one on one in person training, you receive my undivided attention and help as we work towards your goals. Form assistance and motivation are a couple of the many benefits to training in person.

Virtual Personal Training

In a world of technology, virtual meetings and checkups have become commonplace. Virtual training is the same concept. From the comfort of your home or office, we boot up our devices and just like that, it's on. It may seem challenging if you have little to no equipment, so leave that part up to me. I have been training clients with minimal to no equipment virtually for over a year now. It just takes the willingness to tap into your true potential.

Do you have friends or family who are looking to better their health and fitness as well? And at a lower cost? Group training is an exceptional way to keep each other accountable with expert guidance. Several options are available: group video chats, outdoor meetups, in home visits, etc.

Individualized Exercise Programs

I understand most people have busy schedules and personal training sessions may not be for everyone. Or if you'd prefer to work out on your own with some guidance and spend less, Individualized Exercise Programs may be right for you. We will discuss your goals, what equipment you have access to, exercise experience, etc. and I will configure a plan that will best suit your goals and needs. Everyone is different, so there is no perfect program length, but you can generally expect 4, 6, 8, or 12 week programs. Depending on how much you have progressed or if you feel the need to change it up, you can always repeat the program or request a more advanced one.
